September 7th is finally here. Like when we used to want Christmas to be here all year long and then FINALLY - it was here. Today is like Christmas Eve - tomorrow Christmas. I have not been able to sleep. I keep counting time to determine where she is and what she might be doing at this exact moment.
I know right now that she is sitting at Barcelona, Spain airport waiting to board a plane! The ship is gone and she is there by herself! No backup! I am worried, yet have to be assured by her new found travel savvy to be able to get where she needs to be when she needs to be there! That will still never stop a mother from worrying.
I will sleep when she is safely tucked in her bed in the basement of her home. Her Kentucky home! Gods speed and hand on your travels Whytney. I will pray for a smooth and safe trip!
