Day off on day 64!

Whytney has enjoyed a day off at the beach today in Italy! Hopefully the weather was good and she was able to work on her fading tan?

I am looking forward to hearing from Whytney about the Masquerade Ball. I am sure that she had a fun time - hopefully she took some pictures and will share those with all of us on Facebook???

She also finished her book (Lover Mine) and is somewhat saddened by this. I suppose I can understand - well, maybe not. I am not a "book" person - but I have heard that there is a "let-down" once you have completed a really good book? I guess that is what she is experiencing.

Last message that I got from Whytney today, was that she was going to take a nap - it is late afternoon in Italy and I am sure that she is exhausted from all of that "soaking up the sun"! It is hard work to have a beautiful tan!

Tomorrow, the ship will be in Rome, Italy. I know that she has visited here once before and I am unsure if she will be able to get off of the ship tomorrow. Rome is a very large city with a population of over 2.5 million. The weather this time of the year is in the mid to upper 80's. I do not know how their humidity is???? Probably low which would make that quite comfortable temps.

I am sure that Whytney is aware that Spain has made it to the Semifinals of the World Cup? I believe that they play on Wednesday - Whytney will be in Barcelona on Friday - I am sure that the city will still be celebrating if they win! How exciting will that be! Good luck Spain...

I will be here, in Kentucky, still counting down from today - DAY 64! Looking forward to seeing my beautiful daughter.
