Rome today - Florence tomorrow!

Whytney will be in Rome today-probably not a day off, but "when in Rome"...you should know some interesting facts.

Rome was supposedly built on seven hills and known for architectural treasures.

There is a park in Rome named, "Park of Monsters". It consists of bigger than life grotesque figures that spectators can walk through.

Rome has a museum for PASTA - my kind of place. It is a one of a kind! A definite "must see".

Finally, the Monumental Cemetery of Capuchin Brothers has created symbolic works of art in its chapels using the bones of over 4000 Capuchin monks (some still intact)! Ewwww!

Just some food for thought....Florence tomorrow - I will have to find some interesting facts about that place????

We miss you Whytney and hope you are enjoying all of you "world travels". I hope to talk to you soon - I need some more information to share with our blog followers!
